I had two different Kenwood w/Maestro in my F-150 and was using the factory microphone and everything worked fine.


Double check the wiring and programming for you Maestro (I am assuming here that your truck has a built in microphone).

Great...wiring can be a pain at times; happened to me more then once before. In my case what it came down to was I got in a hurry instead of paying attention to detail.

I think during the initial install I chose to use the Kenwood mic (which I didn't have connected) instead of the SYNC mic. I reset it and was able to choose the SYNC mic. Everything is working great now.

Just buy her some diamond earrings or a necklace and call it even.

Im up to Oweing her 2 pairs of earrings, 2 neclaces, 2 rings, and a tennis bracelet! Thank God shes patient, or I believe she would have shot me by now!
