Oem "Sony" sub to XLT with "Standard" audio?
Hey all!
New guy here. Just bought a 2014 Crewcab XLT. Really missing the "premium" audio from my wife's old expedition. Stock sound was awful, so I upgraded the door speakers to Kickers I bought from Best Buy. (had points I had to use). Sounds better but not great. Missing that deep bass sound for sure. I want to keep it as stocking looking as possible. Am I able to use the Oem sub/amp combo with factory head unit? Is there a lot of wiring that would need to be done if so? Suggestions? Thanks in advance for any and all help!

If your dash looks like this, or has the non Sony 8" screen it will bolt right in.
You can add the OEM sub woofer, minimal wiring needs to be done to install it, got one my self and plan to install it as soon as weather permits.
Cheapest place on the planet to get one is Amazon.com, dealers want almost $700 and most aftermarket parts houses want $500+ for it.
Got it for $400 shipped from Amazon.com
That link is for the super crew.
