Default No singing and whine in rear speakers

My rear speakers are after market and I have a sub in the back, I bought the truck and it already had them. Well sometimes the singing cuts out in the back speakers and there's a whine that goes with the rpms, then it cuts back in and everything is normal. Is it a loose wire? Or what else could it be

Try switching the front and rear RCA's around at the amp. If the problem moves to the front speakers, then at least you can isolate it to the RCA's, or there could be an amp issue.
