Ditch the ktp 445, buy a loc or pac, install a decent 5 channel amp, power your doors with that until your ready to add sub. You will have everything in place to drop it in and be done.

Keep researching and reading, trust me it'll pay off with your end product.
I highly recommend planning out your system before you start buying pieces, otherwise you'll end up having to switch things out to match.
You need a sub amp (whether or not it's part of a five channel) that puts out enough power at the right impedance for your subs.
Joe has a very good point, by the time you thrown down the cash for the alpine power pack and a sub amp, you may have shortchanged yourself compared to the improved performance from having more power to your mids/highs.
45x4 w rms may be sufficient for your doors if you pick speakers with high sensitivity, however, you'll normally see lower sensitivity from a nice component set than you will from a $30 set of pioneer 6x8s.
More power is better than less power, especially when using the stock hu. It allows you to output the same clean power at a lower volume from the HU.
Check out sonicelectronix.com and woofersetc.com for some good deals on discontinued and overstock equipment.
I would skip sound processing for now, you can always decide to add it down the road and you'll be surprised how's good a well matched system will sound using the stock HU as a source.

Great advice! Don't forget that 45w output is not reality due to power delivery and amp efficiency.
