Default new system wiring questions

Im redoing my 2010 screw w/sync system but leaving only the factor HU. I have ordered Focal Auditor R-570C 5" x 7" 2-Way Speaker Kit for the front, Rockford Fosgate Punch P1683 6" x 8" 3-way Speakers for the rear and an JBL GX-A604 60W x 4 Car Amplifier to power them. I already have a cobalt 560 amp and a set of pioneer 12" subs that I will be installing also. I also ordered an audiocontrol lc2i with gain remote.I will be trying to mount the amps and controller behind the rear seat.
Now im down to trying to decide on my wires and how to route them. Should I run new wires from the amp to the speakers or just run them to the HU harnes from the amp and tie back into the speaker wires at the harnes. My concern is running the wires to the passager side doors since that is the way I plan to run my amp wire. The link below is of the wire im thinking of buying for speaker wire to run to and from the amp. http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_i...=2#description . Generally Im looking for any and all thoughts on wiring including amp wire and size and best places to buy it and fuses.

You don't need to worry about getting noise caused by running speaker wires and power wires side by side. I would use 4 gauge power and a distro block.

With an amp of 60 wpc l would just use factory speaker wires. Just make a couple of runs of Speedwire to tie in.

Is the factory speaker wire 18 gauge? I'll be running 14 gauge so I don't guess it would make a lot of difference If I came from my amp with 14 then connected to 18 to run another 10 feet or so to my door speakers.
Any way I'm off to Lowe's to get some 1\2" MDF and see if I can find a way to get my 12's to fit under the rear seat

Keep us updated, I'm curious how this comes together.
