I have two of these under my rear seat! Very good subs for the price. Prolly wont win any SQ competitions, but are great for the moderate user. They have the capability to get fairly loud too. Great SPL speakers.
I am new to the model that just came out. I have the SWR 1043d's

sounds like some serious sound lol, i hope these 2 10" type r subs can sound as good as my 2 12's! is it possible to run these subs at 1ohm load? because my amp is 1ohm capable. or should I get 2 an run them at 2ohms. if they can run at 1ohm I will order the 2 that are capable of it an wire them down to it, if not I'll get the other 2.

thanks bro an i wasnt sure if the subs can handle being played a 1 ohm. I have my current subs wired at 1 ohm in parallel. does it matter what size wire i use connecting the subs together inside the box? I have 14 gauge speaker wire at the house, should I use something thicker or does it really not matter what size wire I use? thanks

Read through http://bcae1.com/ tab #16. Will teach you everything you want to know about power and speaker wires, and has all the calculators you'll need to pick out correct speaker and power AWG.
