Looks like the 04-08 model trucks except for the jack being moved to the driver side.
Ford wasnt thinking about safety when they moved the jack to the driver side. Now the person changing the tire has to open his driver side door and have his rear end sticking out to get the jack & tools while traffic flies by at 70+ mph.
