I bought those adapters a couple of months ago when I was swapping my speakers. I searched Google images until I found something that looked close (Crutchfield wasn't listing those as fitting at that point). Although the hole pattern fit the truck and the speakers fit the adapter they did not work. If I recall the adapters were too thick and the speakers were touching the door panels. I don't think I was even able to get the panels back on the door fully. I ended up using 3/4" stock which was the perfect depth.
