It's not. The pioneer head unit I have now doesn't have Bluetooth. It's a simple CD player w/ aux & USB front out puts. I've played with it a million times and there's nothing that controls the subs. Only bass & treble. I only paid $50 for it & I got it so I can use my iPhone through the USB or aux function.
