The remote wire doesn't need to be fused. If you're installing the amp under the seat you can ground to one of the bolts holding the seat down

Thanks for the response king nothing. I am using the add a fuse that is mentioned earlier so I need a fuse for the circuit, since it doesn't need a fuse per say, would it be better to go with a smaller fuse or with the 20a fuse as mentioned earlier? Any idea on the speaker wire colors?

Thanks again so much!

if you have to have a fuse there just to take up space you can use the 20 or even a 1amp. The current required for remote turn on is miniscule. Way less than 1amp. I can't help you on wire colors, but I know they have been posted here before

When you accidentally ground your remote wire, you'll be glad that circuit has a fuse

Remote wire is very small. The wire will probably melt down before it blows a fuse

Was looking around and noticed this bolt that was under the middle seat I took out, wasn't attached to the seat at all. I think I can use this to ground my amp? Anyone know what this bolt is for or if I'll screw anything up by taking it out briefly to attach my ground wire?

Look online and find the 12v accessory wire. It'll come on when you turn power on, and shut off with the radio after you open the door.
