Need help with a system!
im wanting to get two memphis s-class subs for my truck. they are two 12' and i have no idea about what MEMPHIS amp to get. i wanna stay all memphis stuff, and i dont know the difference with channels or what channel ill need. it says ''Voice Coil Configuration: Single 4 ohm''. please help i know nothing about this. i was wanting a two channel 1000 watt amp if possible, thanks

You'll have trouble finding a 2 channel amp that powerful, but that's OK since you don't need a 2 channel amp anyway. You want to run a pair of 4 ohm subs so a mono (one channel) sub amp that makes around 1000w into 2 ohms will be what you want.
Memphis doesn't make an amp with those specs, but they do make a couple that will do around 500w into that load and you would have a hard time telling the difference in power. If you really *must* send them 1000w, you'll have to go with a different brand.

Did you already buy the subs? It's going to save you money on the amp if you go to the 4 ohm DVC subs so that you can run a one ohm load.

i just bought a custom box that matches my interior with 2 mtx subs for 250 great price and i run them off a 1000 watt kicker amp and they hit hard, if your not set on memphis id look around there are better deals.

That amp will be fine, provided that you go with the dual coil subs. Going with the dual coils gives you more wiring options to get a compatible load for the amp to get the power that you want.
