Cool...i have one more question.

So i am running a 4AWG power wire from the battery back to the amp for my input, and it looks like the 3sixty will also need a 12v input...and in the future, i will be installing my JL 250/1 amp to power my single 10", should i get a distrobution block now to split my power to the amp and the 3sixty, then just be able to add a short power wire for the other amp when i get my sub here in a few months? Could i just run the power wire into the 320.4 direct, then run another wire (smaller, its a small input on the 3sixty) from the input on the 320.4 into the 3sixty, and buy the distrobution block later? Any opinions on how i should do this?

Oh, and i am using the remote out on the 3sixty to turn on the 320.4, and will also be using it to do it to the 250/1 as well, with the install like im doing, im going to tap into the speaker wire close to the speakers, and not even need to remove the covering or the stock head unit, should go pretty smooth, then moutn all the hardware, amp and 3sixty, leaving room for the second amp later, on a piece of 3/4 inch mdf which i will mount onto the back wall, if any of that matters...

Thanks for all your help loganberry, also, anyone else feel free to chime in...

That wiring would work fine until you get the distro block for the new amp.

Great, thanks Gator, so, got my 3sixty in today, and doing a little reading through the manual. But, hifiaudioonline, the seller on ebay i bought it from, apparently removed some of the parts from teh box, i did not get the install cd or the external controller, which really pisses me off, if they don't ship those parts to me for free and try to make me do an 'exchange' of teh whole unit where i send it back for a new one and make me pay teh shipping, i will be sicking ebay protection on their ***. Its really odd that they would do that anyways, considering the 3sixty itself was still in its factory shrink wrap, has no evidence of any use at all so i think its in there authentically (no screw dimples on the plastic from being bolted down, the inputs and outputs don't have wear marks from plugging/unplugging rca/speaker wire, and all teh serial numbers match (box, manual, and unit itself)...its a v2 model that was manufactured in 06/2009, so a newer one too which is nice...anyways, hopefully this company just sends me the missing parts and it all goes easy, if not, i will definitely not be losing an extra dime of my money, and may even end up with a refund (through ebay protection) of price of unit AND my shipping charges, then i just won't return it, and purchase those two pieces seperately...man this pisses me off...

I did get the JL J2 320.4 in and it looks just fine, as well as the cables from knukonceptz, and man, they are some NICE cables, im very happy with them...now hopefully the speakers come in just fine with no issues, and i can get the two missing parts for my 3sixty without issue, and i will be ready for install!!!

EDIT: hifiaudioonlne responded the very next day (saturday) after i emailed them friday night, and got the parts sent out the same day...they did try to blame it on rockford fosgate for the shortage though, here is a quote:

"Absolutely, I apologize for the inconvenience and have reported this shortage to Rockford Fosgate so we can have these parts shipped out to you asap."

Which i find funny, i don't think they are an authorized dealer or anything, i think they just took it out, though i don't know why, do they think someone ordering this wouldn't know it should be there? It references both the control and the cd in the manual many times...
