Yeah, thanks for the suggestion, but Monster is ****, they overprice their rebranded belden cable and rip people off, i don't like their business model at all. i remember when i bought my TV and needed some HDMI cables, and they were trying to charge me 69.99 for a 6' monster HDMI cable, then i logged onto monoprice.com, found the same cable for $9...lmao

i will check out that site for the kids loganberry, any kits you recommend, i don't need like super top quality or anything, just a basic amp install kit and some speaker wire.

thanks all

There klmx is great budget wire. Its cca which is the only bad part but the zero gauge klmx still handels 250 amps of current and has over 5000 strands

So that being said a klmx four gauge would be fine...but if you have the money get the flex

Ok, this is the amp kit i am going to get, i don't need anything too hardcore for that amp:

http://www.knukonceptz.com/productDe...?prodID=KLM-K4

Then i plan to install the 3sixty behind the back seat with the amps, screwed into a piece of MDF on the back wall, which would mean i need to run the speaker wires (i am using the high level inputs) all the way to the back, which i figure i can cut them as they pass through the door area or even at the speaker itself, and run along teh bottom of the door sills to hide, if this is done, i would only need some very short RCA cables to run between the 3sixty and the two amps, so I am thinking either 1/2 meter or 1 meter of these (would be buying 3, go ahead and get the one for my sub amp when i get my sub):

http://www.knukonceptz.com/productDe...dID=KARSS2.05M

Then for the speaker wire to run back to the speakers from the amps, i would buy the 100ft spool of:

http://www.knukonceptz.com/productDe...ID=KAR16SS-100

Sound good as an install plan? If so, i will buy the cable today as well, just waiting on a good price to grab those speakers.

thanks for all the help

ok, now that i look at the flex kit, i see it comes with 20 ft of teh 12ga speaker wire as well, do you think 12ga is really needed for these door speakers? Also, i'm not sure if it would be enough to run from where i tap into the speakers, to the 3sixty, then from the amp back to the speakers. I guess i could buy a bunch of the cheap 16gauge to run from my stock speakers to the 3sixty, then use the 12gauge to run from my amp back to the speakers, think that would work well?

16 would even be overkill for the 3sixty but nothing is wrong with that. So far everything you said is good and on the right track. Make sure we get loads of pictures on the install

Alright, if running the speaker level inputs to behind the back seat and into the 3sixty i think this is the best set of stuff to order, let me know if you agree...i would use the 16ga wire to run from the speakers into the 3sixty, use the 1m rca to be the outputs from 3sity into my 4 channel and later 1 channel amp, then the 12ga wire that comes with the kit to run back to the speakers, if there isn't enough, then i can just use teh 16ga for that too, and save teh 12 for teh sub...

KAR16SS-100 Karma SS 16 Gauge Speaker Wire - 100 Feet x 1
KFX-AK4 Kolossus Fleks 4 Gauge Amplifier Installation Kit x 1
KARSS2.1M NEW Karma SS 2 Channel 1 Meter RCA Cable x 3

Well, i went ahead and ordered all the above, too bad they were out of the female disconnects for the 16AWG wire, as they would have been nice to get 4black and 4red with my order, and i can't order them elsewhere, otherwise i will have to pay more in shipping than for the actual things, but i am sure i can find some locally.

Thanks for all your help, anyone that finds the speakers at a great price, let me know, or if ever there are some other 5x7/6x8 i should look at that are at or under 149/pair...this is going to end up nice
