I just purchased a 2010 Ford F150 lariat and love it so far. I only wish it had a backup camera because i can't see anything behind me, especially at night. I have been looking into different systems and I like the benefits that come with the lockpick system and camera that hook up into the ford emblem on the tailgate. I was just wondering if the ford sync nav system is "backup camera ready" or if my system doesn't have this option. If the ford sync system is "backup camera ready" where do i run the cable from the tailgate in order to allow the camera to function at all times, not just when in reverse. Thanks for the help,

Pretty sure this has been answered before but I can't remember answer for sure other than pulling out the radio and looking for a camera input.
