The most popular method for adding an amplifier and keeping Sync is to use the PAC MSFRD-24 interface. I would recommend not buying it from PAC. It is muuuch cheaper on Amazon. Matter of fact I have a brand new one never opened I'd sell for 30 bucks. The reason I wound up not using it is because I also replaced my head unit. Keeping Sync with an aftermarket h/u and amplifier got tricky but I got it working.
Whether you are interested in buying the Pac MSFRD-24 from me or Amazon, I would recommend using it if you know for sure you want to keep your factory head unit.

Just needed community input for a 2010 F-150 Platinum I picked up at a steal. Unfortunately the Navigation system was stolen as well as the tailgate. Being said looking for a replacement unit for the Navigation system. Original system is discontinued and wanted to find out of a alternative system. Thank you community
