use the fuse that powers the stereo/navigation/auxilary ... but mainly the one fuse that turns on the stereo... thats how i got mine hooked up.

me and him are workin on it tomorrow when its his off day and im out of school and off work so we have all day and like i said he thinks hes found the problem

the hi/lo converter is necessary when you have a stock radio, thats why the quality is bad, you go from a higher grade to a lower grade pretty much...it sucks that stock radios dont have the sub connections pre made...and it also sucks that the hi/lo converters cost 2 bucks, but then you go to an audio store and they will charge you 20 or so for it
