MTX ThunderForm
Just wanted to put this out there for the people looking for a little bump in their system. I just purchased an MTX ThunderForm Amplified for my 06 F-150 ExtendedCab, and it works great.
It is an ABS plastic box that is molded for the floor underneat the back seat. It has an MTX Thunder 4500 in it amplified at 200 watts. Very simple installation, and it provides that extra boom that most people need. I had it cranked and there was absolutely no rattle. I don't know if its against site rules to post the vendor, they have lots of custom boxes for all makes of pickup trucks. I got it at $409 shipped, and it matches the interior color very well, looks almost factory.
I very much want to share the name of this vendor if I'm allowed

I dont see why not, you have plenty of posts. Its not like you have 1 post saying check out www.greataudiostoreforfords.com they have a lot of great deals blah blah blah. People pimp crutchfield and ford racing and a lot of other sites all the time. just put it up.

I have the MTX thunderform box in my 06 supercab as well. Mine was unamp'd but I added a PDX5 rated at 400w to the sub and ran the gain down at about 3/5ths. It sounds outstanding and produces no rattle. Not really gonna turn any heads on the outside of the cab, but I'm too old to be concerned with that anyway now!

I mean it doesn't rattle things outside the truck like my S-10 with 4 12's did in high school If you turn it up, it will vibrate the mirrors (and your eardrums! Be careful with volume, you will pay later...trust me!)

Man, I havent been here in forever, sorry guys.
Okay, for popular demand, I ordered my Amplified ThunderForm from www.supercrewsound.com I spoke with the owner through email briefly before ordering, and he seemed like a very knowledgeable person. Good luck with any purchases guys
I'm still messing with it to get the best sound, but I have the volume control under my OBDII port, just zip-tied with the slack up front in case I find a better place to relocate. Found an easy way to get good quality bass was to boost the gain a little bit more than normal, and set the fade 1 or 2, maybe 3 notches towards forward (since the sub is hooking into the rear speakers afterall) Can barely tell outside that I have a sub unless I'm cranking it, it never distorts, and sounds really BA inside -- all the time
