Default mounting an amp?

I have a 06' Supercrew it doesnt look like much run under the back seat, What do you guys recommend for boxes and amp location? I want to have at least 2 10's, but I know that requires to relocate the jack, Where do you move that to? I'm sure this question has been asked 1000's of times, but I'm brand new to the ford game. Thanks for your help.

ive been told you can put the jack and stuff under the spare tire or something to that effect, i dont have a jack in my vehicle as i never go anywhere AAA cant (for the most part) i sugges 2 dc sound lab level 2 10"s ( www.dcsoundlab.com call them up, tell them loganberry sent you) in a musicmoose box, im not sure on the link but sincityfx4 will know as far as amps there is plenty of room to mount them on the back wall, not my favorite location but its doable

Yeah, you can fit amps behind the seat back.

Some other alternates for sub boxes are:
supercrewsound
foxacoustics

The foxacoustics boxes can fit 2 10W3's in them. I wish I knew about that before I bought the box I has now. The box I have now is from supercrewsound and it comfortably fits my two old school kicker solo barics.

As for amp installation, I highly recommend behind the seat, but you may run into some problems. I found that if you have a motorized sliding back glass that you lose some space to mount the amp. However there is room for 2 decent size amps. I put a PPI PC2150 and an MB Quart 480 back there and they both fit on the passenger side.

I had my amp installed under the seat (had to lose the jack). I'm thinking of moving it behind the seat. Any problems with overheating?
