I purchased a Metra wiring harness for my stereo replacement. It has the red switched 12V line coming out of it.

However and the stock harness end that is connected to the car, there isn't any wire connected.

Where can I find a switched 12V power line to splice so I can get things running?

agreed.... the newer trucks dont have a turn on wire at the plug.. its done thru data.

Just to update in case other "searchers" find this thread:

I ended up splicing into the switched 12V line that goes into the little instrument cluster right above the HU (the one with the emergency signal toggle).
