Go to your local stereo shop that does installs. they will probably have a template and take a few min for them to cut up for you. Or you can make your own. I have used MDF in several veh for this. One was in my mudding truck for 10 years no sign of water damage when i took them out. The other was in the veh for 5 years with no signs of water damage. If your worried about water damage on them and them swelling just get some deck sealer and seal them up..

I've seen MDF adapters swell so bad they cracked the basket of the speaker. I Would never use MDF
