Default maxxsonics mx-1

Ok after research and help here on the forum I ordered a mx-1 and speakers and a 5 ch amp and installed everything. Went smoothly expcept the mx-1 was doa. Had it replaced and reinstalled. tuned and worked for a day. Sent back and got replaced. Installed today and worked great. As soon as I started the truck it died! Wtf. Anyone else have this issue?and any suggestions would be appreciated.

The Rockford 360.2 is the economical awesomeness, and the JBL MS8 is the bad boy for more money. Both are great and can be tuned nicely.

This is what my extensive research has shown ...

Ok what is it the OP is talking about .. this

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...nics-MX-1.html

or this ??

http://www.autosoundswarehouse.com/s...dsh-low/Detail

Seems to me they are the same unit .. If it's a SH*T unit I wont go that route but the Hifonics version was going to be part of my build ..
