There is a different kit for 2013 without 4.3 screen. Which package do you have in your truck .

2013 XLT w/o My Touch.

I don't think that the climate controls would work, but was wondering if you'd have the functions like gauges etc on the double DIN head unit (when supported) or if the units w/o My Touch have significantly less features.

Does the k150 come with the extension cords to connect the ports available on the kit with the radio. If not... what specifically do I need. Ie. 18 inch USB male to female end extension.. etc.

Will the stock usb and line in jacks at the bottom of the dash still work after the install of a new HU, Maestro and K150?

No the kit replaces them with another set.

They will still work if you retain sync but the new unit also comes with them. My truck has more ports than a computer now.
