What are you all doing with your old radios?

Thanks for posting the pictures, I have been wondering how it looked in a truck equipped with the floor shift. How does it look in person? I am a little worried the black color of the kit might look a little out of place since the stock one in our trucks is a gray color.
Thanks again for the pics!!!!

Like Wyo said, its really more of a deep grey than black. Almost like an obsidian type color
I personally think it looks stellar (will look all the more nicer once I get around to detailing the interior.) It looks very much like an OEM product. Not sure about others' but the top of my dash is black, and there is plenty of black accents around the dash to accent the deeper gray bezel. In my opinion it blends really well

Were you able to get set up on something? I'm sorry you got the deer in the headlights treatment. I with for Car Toys and we do offer this kit.
Is there anything I can do for you?

This trick will work with any serially compatible Kenwood or Alpine radio. The Pioneer radios watch GPS and vehicle speed pulse so there is a different process for that. Google it. Non serially compatible radios we have no way to display this menu so we can't offer this feature.

Not yet, we are still working on it. The issue we are solving is making the climate control follow the cluster settings and come on during FACTORY/OEM remote start.
If you have aftermarket starter your climate should be controlled by that, unless your bypass module emulates the OEM starter.
However, that should not stop any of you from installing with confidence. When we solve it all that is necessary is a simple reflash of the Maestro MRR module to add the new code.
Cheers,

Good Morning
Question of a different sort to 12V Guy
Can you please tell me if the kit will be compatible, or at least partly compatible with a non US Head unit.
I am from Africa and thinking of buying a local Alpine INE W920R which look the US S920HD. Properly is not the same inside.?
Any other suggestions on non US Head units that will work with the kit?
