Default Maestro Problem-No sound incoming calls

I have a 13 f150 with sync, but no screen. Installed the Maestro and a Pioneer avh-x3700bhs yesterday, retaining sync for phone calls. Everything seems to work except that I can't hear any sound from a caller when they call me, but they can hear me. The weird thing is that if I call them, I can hear sound from them and they can hear me fine. The mic from the pioneer is not connected, but that shouldn't matter. The only thing I can think of is that there is an answer phone with sync option when flashing the maestro that I didn't choose.

Anyone else with experience with this problem?

Also, on the incoming calls, there is no sync ringer sound though I have selected that in the menus.

If you're using the K150 kit, I had similar issue here Check it out. My inclination like 12vguys, is to think it had something to do with the 3.5 cable connection (not seated) from the RR module to the head unit. I wasn't taking any chances so I redid it all.

Your 3.5 mm plug probably came out of the back of the radio or you plugged it into the wrong place on the radio. It needs to go into the aux input not the SWC input.
