Subscribed, So close to pulling the trigger and getting the Kenwood installed. The only thing holding me back is losing the clock display on the Sync screen. Once this is sorted, i'm in.

Yeah, it's in 12V guys first post, between bullet number 3 and number 4. There is a clock in the display, but if i'm understanding it properly, it's not on with the navigation display, only the arrival time shows? Which is fine, but if you don't know what time it is, then you don't know if your 10 minutes away or 20 minutes away. I suppose it's just a matter of pushing a button to get to a display with the clock on it, but I guess I want everything. LOL.

i see your point. bit of an oversight on their part. who don't need a clock?

hey 12V, is this install reversible? So that I installed the Kenwood with the Maestro and didn't buy the extra harness so there was some soldering. Can I still go back to OEM no problem? Thanks.

However, there is a display option in the Navigation screen to show the clock. You just have to change from the default view. Also, the time is displayed in the upper right corner of the new radio screen in all screens other than the navigation screen.
Hope this helps.

In general, anything is reversible. Unless the factory radio plugs were cut off and you no longer have them. Since you or your installer made the modifications, you (or your installer) are best able to know if they can be reversed. We always suggest the T-harness because that is easy to reverse later if you sell the vehicle or lease ends.
