Default Lost BT audio with install

Hey all, I just completed an install where I ran new speaker cable to the front door components from the amp after passing through an LC2i loc. Now when someone calls they can hear me, but I can't hear them. Is the loc filtering this out? Greg

Sync only talks through the front speaker outputs. Could be you're running off of the rears?

Yes. I am using the speaker level inputs from the rear doors since I removed those speakers and the Molex connectors are not as bad. I guess I am going to have to use the front factory wires and run them to the LC2i. My next idea was to hook up my rear speakers with just the factory wires, but if SYNC is just to the front then there is no point. Thanks.

Just pull the front feed from under the dash and run it into the LC2i

I have looked on this forum for good spots to tie into for the LC2i, but couldn't find anything. Where are you suggesting? So far I haven't cut any of the factory wires and would like to be able to put it back to OE if needed. Could I just tie into the wires?

What year truck? Underneath that dash you can find the wires in the factory wire loom. Just cut the wire and take the feed, if putting back to stock it would be simple enough to resolder or put back together and heatshrink for a factory appearance.

It is a 2011 FX4. I will look near the kick panels for the wire loom. Thanks.
