Anywhere from $200.00 to $2,000.00. What are your requirements? Are you looking for name brand or just something cheap? Do you want navigation, satellite radio, HD tuner, DVD, etc.?
Need more info

Really all I'm looking for is a decent name brand and need a aux port on front , be able to hook my xm up to it... Pretty much as long as it does everything the stock radio does... I wouldn't complain if it had a DVD player.. My price range is 3-400

Yes, they factory radio is replaced and that's it. There are YouTube videos out there to show you how it's done and also guides to removing the dash piece of an F150.
You can also get head units the have usb and aux outputs on the back of them with wires which you can run to your glovebox for a cleaner setup so you don't have wires running everywhere.
