Default LOC question

What is a good quality/inexpensive LOC for upgrading my system while keeping the factory head unit? I want upgrade the fronts with components, add an amp, and sub. While keeping the factory rears for now. This is for a 2010 Screw with sync. Sorry for being so vague. I've been reading a lot here lately, and the list of options on systems is simply mind blowing. Thanks for any help.

For a straight LOC, I used davidnavone.com for mine. If you need Bass Reconstruction, the you should be able to find a MTX Re-Q for under $100.

You might be able to find a subwoofer amp that has speaker level inputs already. then you won't need the LOC. like the kicker zx series. or pioneer has some.
