Default Length of power wire for amp

I've finally got together everything I need to install an amp in my FX2. Except that I'm not sure if I have enough power wire.

In my old truck, I had the amp power wire coming off the battery, running across the back side of the engine bay, through a grommet above the pedals, behind the kick panel , underneath the trim where the main wiring loom runs, and then behind the rear seats. My old truck was a Super Cab.

The wire is about 14 feet, including the foot or so for the fused block off the battery, give or take a few inches. Is this enough to go behind the rear seats of my Super Crew? I also have another ~3ft of 8 gauge that I can use with a dist block.

Thanks!

By P.S. grommet, you mean the big one on the passenger side?

I didnt use the firewall grommet. Instead, i went under the cab and through the small grommet under the passenger side sill plate.
