Kit/harness?

Kit/harness?
I'm looking to upgrade my '10 XLT SCREW with sync but no nav.
Anyone know where I can get a mounting kit and wiring harness? I went through the Crutchfield thingy and they said they didn't have a compatible one since I had Sync. As I'm not interested in keeping the Sync, would it matter if I used a non-sync harness?
Also, stupid question, but is there anyway to fit a double din unit in there?
Any help would be appreciated.

Metra will have your harness. They also will have a dash kit that you can use to put a double din unit in your truck. I've replaced mine with a double din. Be warned though, the harness is expensive thanks to the CANBUS. You'll also need the antenna adapter.

My dad had non nav/sync and just had the Pioneer AVIC-X920BT put into his 2010 screw 2 weeks ago. He had it done at car toys and they had the dash kits and everything. It looks like it came from the factory that way. Sync no longer works but the unit has voice commands and bluetooth and they wired it up to the mics in the rearview mirror and the steering wheel buttons.
