Default Kicker Substage SF150C09 Install question

Hey all, just a quick question for those that have installed the Kicker Substage sub in a SCREW without a factory sub, what exactly is a nut insert tool?

A quick Google search shows what looks like a rivet gun type thing, is there something generic that I can buy at Lowes/Home Depot to install the nuts? Is there a Ford/automotive specific tool that I need?

Is there an alternative to using said tool to mount the sub? (JB Weld/other epoxy of some sort?)

Thanks for any guidance!

Assuming that means crawling under the truck? What about the bolt closest to the rear wall? I can see through to the ground on the front 2 holes, don't recall seeing light through the back one?
Thanks!

Oh, so that's where the jack is kept...had no idea, I keep a little bottle jack in a little toolbox in the bed, had never even paid attention to where the factory one is stored.

Thanks, haha

Its definitly hidden. Had my salesman not took the time to show me all the features of the truck before I left... I wouldnt of known either!

You just undo the 2 black plastic ***** and reach in remove the jack in its case, then youll have access to the 3rd screw position.

The pic is of a super cab sub not super crew, I would ask them for clarification because they are not interchangeable.

The eBay link is the same seller I bought mine for my SCREW from. Price seems to be fluctuating, I saw it as low as $255, I bought when it was $275 + free shipping, which, to me at least, is an unbelievable price. I didn't pay attention to the picture when ordering, it may have very well been the SCAB sub picture, I just searched eBay for the Ford OEM part #, saw the price, and ordered.

After having it installed for a few days, I'm extremely impressed, especially at this price point.
