Default Kicker Substage 15-16...

Anyone install theis in the new trucks, thoughts? Price paid?

I had it in my 12, and loved the sound and simple install.

Read this first.

If you can do some programming in forscan you can add any compact powered sub and make the truck think you have the factory kicker. No pulling wires. I installed mine in 15 minutes.

I used a kicker hideaway. Works fine for my needs.

I had the Kicker Soundstage with the additional amp installed in my 2015 Lariat a few weeks ago and also changed the door speaker to Kicker KS series... First and foremost let me say that the Soundstage does not have a boom shattering sound that will wake the neighbor's and vibrate your truck and any vehicles next to yours lol...but it sounds really great. It hits hard which is surprising for an 8 inch sub. The installer had never installed one and he was surprised how great it sounded. He couldn't believe it. Best of all the install was clean and I have an OEM look and feel to my truck. Installer said the install was easy and given that everything is supplied, there's no way to make it sloppy or messy. .... I know that many will say I could've bought more spending less. Yes, I know that but I wanted an OEM look and I need my floor space. Now I will say that the soundstage is pricey but for what it is, the sound it provides, space I get to maintain and clean look I get to keep it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend it. I just purchased some Kicker Tweeters and a 3.5 Kicker KS speaker... I will have them installed this weekend. Many might disagree with my opinion and that's fine but it's my opinion... Lol

This is on Amazon warehouse deals https://www.amazon.com/JBL-Concert-A...&keywords=f150. I have the Kicker system like you had and got it from Rogel Ford for the screaming deal which unfortunately has gone the way of the dodo.

I don't even know what they are charging for it now.
