What are good kickeror jl subs that can be bought online that won't cost me an Arm and a leg. But still sound good (not too deep regular cab truck?)

JL is going to break the bank...i dont like kicker subs. I would check crutchfield or ebay for some deals on that.
I had a 10" JLw7 and it rocked the house. (will most def break the bank tho $500+)

Dont go with either. Both are overpriced and only mediocre in terms of sound quality. Go with tc sounds. Best sub youll ever own. Also very reasonably priced. Check out the link. http://www.parts-express.com/pe/show...number=293-657

What's your price?
Definitely check out Diamond Audio, I recently had two 10" the D3 Diamonds and I loved them. But then I came across the Arc Audio Black Series and these are even more impressive!

I'm partial to JL. I had 3 12w1's in my first truck, 2 10w3v2's in my last one, and 2 8w3v3's in my current Screw......I'm sure there's better stuff out there, but I like the sound from JLs.

JL is definantly superior to kicker but they are still overpriced for the quality that you get. Your paying more for the name than anything. IMO stay away from most of the mainstream brands with the exception of Alpine headunits and amps and go with the smaller companies. Your money well be well spent.just my two cents
