depends, are they single or dual voice coils subs. I'm not familiar with memphis subs although I do know they are pretty subs. Now, that amp will push them and probably push them well as it will push 600 watts rms at 2 ohms. it will still push them if they are dual coil but not as well. If you have any questions feel free to ask here or pm me and I'll help you out as best I can over the web.

Ok yeah cool they are single voice coil and 4ohm subs, so how would i connect them if there is only one output on the subs?

if the amp is 2 ohm stable( 2 4 ohm woofers bridged = 2 ohm) you will be fine.

A long as that amp can run at 2 ohms you should be fine.
Hook it up and try it out. 600 "real" watts is a lot of power.
The M class subs are really nice and 300 RMS watts each should push them fine.
Post some pics when you get it all together.

Yeah i get your box tomorrow and cant wait to put it all in!! So on the amp the subs are single voice coil and 4 ohms and the amp i dont really now anything about it because it just came with my truck. How do i tell if it is a 2 ohm or 4 ohm amp and how would i wire it up if it is a 2 ohm just like off the output wire on the amp connect another wire onto that wire and go to the other sub with it?
thanks for the help guys

www.rockfordfosgate.com

there is a good wiring wizard on there, you can run as many subs as you want there is no limit to how many the amp will power as long as its the correct ohm load, and the zx series amps are 2 ohm stable, thats the lowest they can go without more knowledge of what your doing
