kenwood locked. Need help!
Hey guys i came across an kenwood kdc 322 stereo laying in my garage. i was going to use til i saved money and bought a new double din. well got it in and up and running, just to find out its locked!!! 
well me and my buddy did plenty of searching on the net and coiuldnt get it to work. we tried using a kenwood remote to do the "KCAR" backdoor steps but the remote doesnt work with this stereo. and now i just found the manual for it and read it.
2 Do the step 4 through 7 operation, and enter the Security
I think this might help but does it mean to press the reset button then unplug the battery? is that what im getting from it? im just at work right now and cant exactly do it at the moment so i thought i ask questions lol. otherwise do you think i need to find the correct remote for the unit and do the "KCAR" trick? seems like that works on most kenwoods.
