so I just put in a kenwood ddx370 ij my 2010 f150 everything works fine except the voice commands on my sync still working with that. but my question here is, how do I get it to play Netflix or youtube from my IPhone 5? and or USB. I get the audio but no video from the phone and it never recognizes my usb at all. the DVD plays fine and everything else seems to work.

You need the correct cable for the iphone. You can not use just the usb one.

do you know what the cable is called,,, only one I could find was for the iPhone 4 or older

You may need an adapter but it is the one that has the separate video cable and the usb

I have the kca-ip202 cable and updated the software on the radio and everything works fine except the iphone video. Any ideas?

You can't use video with the iPhone 5 It's digital only the old 4/4s put out analog signal to watch video I have the ddx470

No just audio none of the current kenwood models works with the iPhone 5 for vid or apps besides the pandora app. Once they do make one that does I'm going to up grade my deck to it so I can fully use the functions. The only difference between the 370 and 470 is the Bluetooth function I believe maybe something else minor.
