Keeping Stock HU with Sound Processor?

Your stock HU doesn't have RCAs.
The Alpine Power Pack will use the regular speaker outputs from your stock head unit. You can also use them to supply the signal to a sub amp with high level inputs, or use a Line Output Converter (LOC) to change the speaker/high signal to RCA level.

hi
hi man, i know there's lots of differnt ways to do things to give your stock HU some RCA's.
and while you'll be shown an option of a PAC, i don't like em because it's more connections that a guy puts into his wires...
this is what i used from my stock HU, into an amp.
then i installed a Cleansweep. while i feel this is a rookie style sound processor... but it cleans up (and can give more quantity of a clean sound, meaning more volume like an amp gain)
anyways, i found a pic.... kicker zisl

There are actually two versions, one that comes with Alpine specific connectors (which can be cut off), or one without. Both are 45w rms x4 class D amps and can be wired into the stock system.

The older and newer model KTP 445's can be wired to fit any aftermarket unit or factory. The older KTP has the "plug and play" for newer Alpine recieviers, but can be spliced to accommodate any headunit. The Newer one is adaptable to fit any aftermarket unit (to save some wiring). Moreover, either one can accommodate any head-unit, factory or aftermarket, with a few wire splices or simply plugging in the molex plug.
No need to worry about having an alpine receiver, that just makes it more simplified. (and a great selling notion for alpine)

hi
well, if you think about it man,
the each zisl converts 2 speaker channels to rca. so, i think it would be best, to run stock HU to zisl to cleansweep to rca to amp to wires to speaker....
but to each their own.
