Default JVC KW-AVX810 Head Unit install Question

I have instlal aftermarket units before, but it was like 3 years ago. On the one I did, I installed a little toggle switch under the dash above the gas peddle so I could active/bypass the safety feature of not watching DVD's while in motion. I kept the switch and I want to use it with this JVC model in my f-150 Does anyone have an easy explaination on how I do that?? I know I have to run the parking brake wire and a groud to the toggle switch, is that all?
