Just started- what next
Just picked up my 2016 xlt screw last week. Have the 301a with 8' sync 3, love the truck, but sound is bad compared to the 14 Grand Cherokee Limited system I was used to.
Went to the store today and made an impulse buy- here is what I went with, this took care of the bass, the sound is better than before but I know it could be improved.
Replaced speakers-
Front: focal ISS690
Rear: focal R-165c
Sub under middle of back seat: pioneer TS-SWX2002
Amp powering sub: kicker cxa300.1 (mounted under passenger seat)
Had it installed in about 2.5 hours.
Looking back I think I should have held off on the sub and amp, and went with processor/amp to power door speakers.
Any feedback on what I should do next, and any brands that would be reccomended?
Thanks!
