iSimple, Sirius & Sync ?

2010 XLT. I'm in Texas, so I've got a good window to the satellites, which is why I was able to mount the antenna under the dash, rather than a roof mount. The further north you are, the more visibility the antenna needs.

I"m thinkin' its a gateway problem
sat mode shows sat 1 no audio,sat 3 no audio,sat i aux 1,sat 2 aux,
sat 2 ipod the radio am/fm and sync function
only time to tune a sat channel is on sat aux mode
ipod plays on sat 2 ipod and and sat 1 aux
called sirius to switch subscription and tune to 184

I had the exact same problem and called TSS radio for support.
Unplug everything.
Wait 10 minutes.
Plug the Sirius module into the gateway.
Plug the Sync display cable into the main harness and Sync screen.
Plug the main harness into the gateway.
***Make sure all cables and harness are fully seated. This is what screwed me up the first time, the Sirius module cable is crap, very loose fit. After I seriously shoved it into the connector, the problem went away.

Talked with tech support where I made the purchase, apparently
the ISSR11 cable is specific to hookup the sirius module was supppose
to ship with the purchase,I also hope without this cable I did not harm
the interface or the sirius module.
Will se when the cable arrives.
Thx again
