Have you looked at the FM transmitters? They're fairly cheap.

They'll sound as good or better than an FM station in the truck.

monoprice.com has one for like $15, charges the ipod too.

I have a Belkin FM transmitter that I use in my 04 FX4. Works just fine. On a side note, does anyone know if the head unit with MP3 player from an 05 F150 will work in the 04 F150? Thinking about swapping out if it will work. Thanks!

I use Belkin also. Sounds just as good as the radio, and it also charges my ipod. I know some do sound better than others. But that also goes with having a clear station to transmit through.
