is there a plug for my ipod somewhere so i can use it on my stock 2006 f 150 hu

if you install a PAC/PIE FRD04 connected to your stock hu, then you will have an AUX port. you can use a male-male stereo cable to connect your ipod, and control the selection from the ipod.
