Install done, took me a little longer than expected, I must not be too good at following directions. The hardest part was to install the steering wheel harness.....just took a little to program it. I will try to get some pictures soon

Hey Primetime, I'm doing the exact same install of the Pioneer 4100 in my 2002 F150 this weekend.
Running into one problem though, what wire did you connect to for the 'reverse gear signal input?' I'm installing a rear view camera as well and need the monitor to turn on when I put the truck into reverse but can't find anywhere that has the color of which one to splice to.
I can't wait to see the pics of your install. I'm going to try to take some of mine as well as I go along. Being an '02 I'll have a ton of dremel work to do since it wasn't made for a true double din headunit.

You wouldnt happen to have the premium sound feature would you? I bought this same unit got the main harness all wired up but still have to wire up factory sub and rear speakers because my dvd player messed all that up when I had to take it out. Looking for some good pics and maybe advice

Unfortunatley not, I only have the standard audio system. I find it's better to save the money upfront and get the standard system then upgrade later with aftermarket stuff since I'd probably do it down the road anyways.
Hopefully my Ipod cable comes in this week so I can get started on the install Sunday!

I didn't take any pictures during the install but I am waiting on a few new dash clips and when I pull the panel off I will snap some pictures, I can snap some tonight of what it looks like completed.

I do not have the back up camera, but if I remember right there were some insturctions on what to hook up for the back up and I do remember seeing a wire that was tagged back up camera.....
