I'm waiting on an install quote from my dealer, should get a response tomorrow. Gonna order a kit from you and have them install it. He's been good at giving me discounted rates for accessories and installation (I.e., bed mat, rubber floor mats, and painted to match undercover tonneau).
The DSP that Kicker sells on their site is tuned for the stock speakers. The kit the Ford and myself sells has a DSP tuned for the included Kicker coaxial door speakers. It's a different setup that is sold on kickers website for $1200. They are not allowed to sell what Ford sells. I guess it's part of their contract.

And yes, the speakers that come with the kit are 100% better than the factories. Not even a close comparison. I have installed and listened to it both ways.

Thanks, Rogel. Do you have any remaining kits for a '14 F150 SuperCrew XLT with the 4.2in non-Sony? If so, are you still offering the forum member discount?

Installation is a snap, just do not get in a rush.

Put this system in my truck and it sounds great for the money. Thank you Beau and your assistant for an easy transaction.

I can not confirm, but I would be willing to bet the Supercab sub only would fit under the left side. But the sub enclosure bolts to the seat frame of the super cab rear seat. I dont know if the seat frame on the crew rear seat is the same style or if it already has the proper holes in place.

if I remember, tomorrow I'll try to snap a pic of how the Scab box mounts for you to compare to your crew.

Received my full VSS Kicker kit on 09-29-2015. Finally got time to install it in my 2010 XLT Screw a few days ago. Sounds Amazing! Very impressed with it and am glad that I was able to snag one before they disappeared! One of the things that I realized was that the instructions say to remove fuse #36 to disconnect the passenger side SRS airbag. After checking in my manual about this fuse, I found that this is not the fuse for the passenger side SRS airbag in my truck. The owner's manual states that this fuse is actually the Passive anti-theft system transceiver. I could not find the correct fuse to pull, so I did the installation without pulling a fuse for the airbag. I also ran into another small problem after the installation and found that I had no power going to the sub. I tested the wire from under the hood to the sub power wire connector and found that I had power there. I then tested the sub power wire after the connection that runs back to the sub and found that I had no power. The problem was the connectors. When I went to place the sub wire into the sub connector, I found that there were two slots that the wire could actually go into. I found that I had placed the wire in the wrong slot and switched it around. Works beautifully now! A Big Thank You to Beau and Shaneatha!

Can anyone tell me if there are already threaded holes in the floor of the supercrew if it did not already have the Sony sub in it? I see there are little black circles under the carpet but I have not ripped them off yet to see what is underneath. I'm wondering if I need to drill and use the nutserts. I don't have a tool for nutserts.
