Default I would like to keep my HU

I've a 2011 Screw xlt basic stereo with Sync.
After replacing my speakers with [B]Pionner TS-D6802R[B] I would say that the sound has improved... a little.
Now is time for some subs and an amplifier.
All I have is the box for the subs. Is a ASC dual 10".
Now is when I'm not sure about the rest. After searching the forum and learning alot from the members, I came up with the following setup:
For the amp. I picked a 5ch instead a 4ch and a mono. I've limited space behind my seat. Percision power PPI P900.5 or PPI BA2200.5.
For wiring my HU, PAC AOEM-FRD24.
The subs, I was leaning for JL 10W1v3-4.
What do you guys think ?
Would it work like this or I need to add an audio controller? Like LC6I.
Any feedback or sugestions on different componets will be great.

I upgraded my door speakers and used the PAC to add an amp and sub just as you want and it worked fine. I had it this way for almost 2 years and the sound was really good. Anything beyond that is up to your tastes and budget. I have since installed an aftermarket HU. I wanted the GPS, bluetooth (other than Sync), USB and backup camera.

I know there are better but at the time of the install I was on a budget. I went with a Rockford Fosgate 300W mono amp and coupled with a Kicker 10" sub. It gives me the bottom end I want. I really do not want window rattling bass. Those days are over for me. I have a crew cab and amp and sub are under rear seat.
