Have you done any designs for a 2010 SCREW downfiring box for a single 10" or 12" for under the rear seat? If so how far above the floor was the face of the subwoofer? Could you send me a few designs? I am getting ready to build one for myself.

No, I haven't. If it's more complicated than a rectangular/cube box, I can't do it. Now I could do it if I charged you, but I don't have paypal.
