Default I gotta say thanks to 12V Guy......

At least i think it's 12V Guy.... AKA "Mark"

I had posted about a glitch with my Alpine X009-FD2 and Sync. I was contacted through email as we worked on the issue. I sent a few vids over to him to try and sort it out.

well him or his team went out and got an X009-FD2 to try and duplicate the problem... and sure enough a small glitch was found. a patch was made and will be sent to my installer.

That's some pretty good service.
