Call Crutchfield. I don't remember the name as they were awfully expensive but they carried something very similar. Full OEM replacement features wise. I personally wouldn't pay that much for a deck unless it was a Nakamichi but they seemed decent enough.

Not out yet and doesn't actually run Android, but can connect to an Android device. I've not seen any double din HUs that run Android that have been released yet or even have a solid release date.
