How to run speaker wire in front doors?
Hello, I have a 2013 Extended cab sport f150. I am going with a full power bass system. I'm wondering how everyone that has went with amping their door speakers, has run the wire. My front doors have the large "plug" versus the old style rubber boot. So my question is, did you drill holes to run larger wire?
I have a 400.4 power bass amp, Power bass 2xl 5x8s with crossovers, 2 power bass 3xl 12s and a 5500 watt amp. I'm proficient at audio. Just wondering how people have been running wire through the front doors.

Youll have to carefully drill holes through the molex connector.

chlngfyo2 I just used the factory wire's, or as stated above Carefully drill through the oem plug.
chlngfyo2, Where did you tie into the front speaker wires on the drivers side? I can't tell where they go after coming in through the molex connector. Parking brake assembly is in the way.
