how to retain sync, display, and steering wheel controls?
I have an 09 f150 with single cd, and sync...I've searched, and was just wondering if anyone had came up with an all-in-one solution for keeping all the factory goodies I have except for the deck?!
I like and want to keep the following:
1) ALL steering wheel controls...found 1 adapter, but it's questionable?
2) Factory display above radio...with temp, direction, time...will it be black? any solutions?
3) Sync...I like the factory interface, even with the controls on the steering wheel, and the voice recognition.
4) Door chime...not as important, but would rather not lose it!
I'm sure i'm not the only one to have these same desires, and they've probably been addressed somewhere at some point in time, but here it is, all in one thread, all at once...
Share your findings, and maybe we can all come up with a Head Unit "ONLY" change without losing anything!
